Heart of the Finger Lakes Region of New York State.
We specialize in individually, handcrafted,
chocolate "Truffle Bites,"
made with local wine and dairy of the Finger Lakes.

When creating our "Truffle Bites," we select the finest local fresh cream,
infuse it with plump, Tahitian vanilla beans, and pour it over premium,
62% European bittersweet chocolate.
Acclaimed Finger Lakes wine and sweet, local butter are
added and the filling is blended to achieve a rich, melt-in-your-mouth center.
Each truffle is hand-coated in two layers of 64% bittersweet chocolate.
The result is a truly delightful taste experience, reflecting
the care and craftsmanship that they were created with.
